The hotel location was convenient, located near train stations and a metro station - easy access to transportation. Staff was friendly, able to order a taxi for us. the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest.

The lack of variety for breakfast, but what was available was tasty.

During our stay for the new year, we were pleased with the reasonable price and helpful staff. The hotel was in a convenient location, with many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, and easy access to public transportation. The cleaning service was also excellent, with fresh towels provided upon request.

The bathroom was a bit small and cramped, which made using it less comfortable. the view outside our window was not ideal, as there was a wall blocking any potential scenery.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was close to shopping areas and Dotambori bridge, and transportation was easily accessible as it was easy to get to train stations. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful, providing us with an umbrella when it rained and leaving extra towels when requested. The hotel was also clean, and we appreciated the facilities available, as well as the various food options nearby.
